Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth
Edition 5G smartphone in China on April 27. One of the major attractions of the
2,099 Yuan (US$ 295) priced phone is that it comes with support for 50x zoom and
5G connectivity. Since launch, the handset has been available in colors like
Blueberry Mint, White Peach and Black. Starting from today, it will be also
available in Peach Grapefruit (Orange) and Spring Milk Green.
On Xiaomi Mall, the 6 GB RAM + 128 GB
storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage versions can be availed in Peach
Grapefruit and Spring Milk Green color editions. These models are priced at
2,299 Yuan (US$ 323) and 2,499 Yuan (US$ 351). The other two variants such as 6 GB
RAM + 64 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage are available in blue, white,
and black colors. They are priced at 2,099 Yuan (US$ 295) and 2,799 Yuan (US$ 393),
respectively.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G has a
6.57-inch AMOLED display with waterdrop notch. The Full HD+ resolution
supporting screen is embedded with a fingerprint reader. The Snapdragon 765G
chipset is at the helm of the smartphone.
It has a front-facing camera of
16-megapixel. At the top-left corner of its rear features a quad camera setup.
It comprises of a 48-megapixel main shooter, an 8-megapixel periscope telephoto
lens with OIS support, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 2-megapixel macro
sensor. The Mi 10 Youth Edition 5G draws power from a 4,160mAh battery. The
handset carries support for 20W fast charging.
