The flagship OnePlus 8 Pro is finally
available in India after a long wait. The base 8GB RAM and 128GB storage
version is INR 54,999 (US$ 722) while the 12/256GB model goes for INR 59,999 (US$ 788).
As expected, demand was high and stocks depleted quickly across OnePlus.in and
Amazon. All 8 Pro models will come with the color filter camera disabled due to
privacy concerns.
OnePlus is also selling a 6GB RAM and
128GB storage OnePlus 8 for the first time in the country which costs INR 41,999
(US$ 550), making it the most affordable entry in this generation’s OnePlus phones.
There are plenty of launch day offers which include INR 3,000 discounts on SBI
and EMI transactions, up to 12 months no-cost EMI and up to INR 6,000 off for
Jio Reliance customers.
