LG has launched the LG 38WN95C-W curved
gaming monitor for sale in some market. The curved gaming monitor was first
announced in December last year and was showcased at the Consumer Electronics
Show (CES) 2020 way back in January. The 38WN95C-W curved gaming monitor is a
38-inch UltraWide QHD+ IPS curved monitor with many attractive specs for
gamers. The sleek monitor is already available for pre-orders in the US priced
at $1,599. It is also billed to go on sale in the UK as LG UK product page
indicates it is “coming soon”.
LG’s 38-inch UltraWide Curved monitor
features a resolution of 3840 x 1600 and a 1ms Nano IPS display with a 144Hz
refresh rate. The UltraWide also covers 98% of the P3 color space and more. The
resolution gives it a lower pixel density than LG’s existing 34-inch UltraWide
with Thunderbolt 3.
The monitor’s Nano IPS display covers 98
percent of the DCI P3 color space for incredibly natural and realistic images.
