Huawei P40 Pro+ with 7nm+ Kirin 990, 5G,
and Leica cameras has finally been priced in the Philippines! Huawei has been
teasing the arrival of the P40 Pro+ and the new top of the line version finally
has a price tag.
To recap, P40 Pro+ comes with a 7nm+ Kirin
990 SoC with triple NPU, Mali-G76 MP 16 GPU, 8GB RAM, 512GB of internal
storage, and 4200mAh battery with 40W wired SuperCharge, 40W Wireless
SuperCharge, and 5W Reverse Wireless Charge.
At the back of it is a 50MP f/1.9 RYYB
Ultra Vision Wide camera, 40MP f/1.8 SuperSensing Cine camera, 8MP f/4.4 10x
Optical Telephoto camera, 8MP f/2.4 3x Optical Telephoto camera, ToF 3D sensing
camera, and Color Temperature sensor with dual-tone LED flash. While in front of the device is a large
6.58-inch curved OLED display at 90Hz with a pill-shaped punch hole that houses
the 32MP f/2.2 selfie camera, and IR Depth/Gesture camera front-facing cameras.
In our first impressions, we mentioned
that the upgrades over the P40 Pro like the Ceramic White colorway, double the
storage at 512GB, increased number of cameras with 100x Zoom capabilities are
so evident that it commands a high price tag.
Similar to the Galaxy S20 Ultra, Huawei
P40 Pro+ is 5G ready and can take 100x zoom. Also, it has a larger 512GB
storage. So, it isn't a big surprise that it is priced the same at PHP 69,990. The
P40 Pro+ is now available for pre-order from June 27 until July 10. The first
100 Lazada customers will receive the Huawei x Gentle Monster Eyewear and the
Huawei Band 4.
