The Acer Enduro N7 is a rugged notebook
constructed with shock-absorbent materials. This notebook is geared towards
first responders, field, and industrial workers that usually work on the field.
It has a 14-inch FHD screen with 700-nit brightness to ensure visibility both
indoors and outdoors. It also has MIL-810G and IP65 certification which makes
it durable enough to withstand dust, water, drops, as well as hot or cold
temperatures.
Inside, it has an 8th Gen Intel Core i5
quad-core CPU and dual batteries with one being hot-swappable while one is a
built-in bridge battery. In terms of security, it features hardware-level
Trusted Platform Module 2.0 as well as the Acer Enduro Manageability Suite
(AEMS) that serves to protect the device during startup up to shutdown. It also
has a fingerprint sensor that works with Windows Hello.
The Acer Enduro N3 is a more streamlined
rugged notebook. It has MIL-810G and IP53 certification for protection for
drops, water, and dust. One of the highlights is it maintains a fairly thin and
light frame despite the durability. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass
protection as well the water-resistant Aquafan that further dispels unwanted
water.
Inside, it has a 10th Intel Core i7
processor, NVIDIA GeForce MX230 discrete GPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 512GB PCIe Gen3
NVMe SSD, and a 13-hour battery. For security, it also has AEMS, Discrete
Trusted Platform Module, and password protected HDDs.
Only the Acer Enduro N3 has its
availability and pricing revealed. It is going to be available in North America
at US$ 899.
