The listing of Samsung's upcoming Galaxy
A71 5G was recently spotted at China's TENAA revealing the design of the
handset along with the key specs. In terms of the design, it'll be similar to
the regular A71 except for the paint finish. Instead of the Prism finish, it'll
come with a two-tone gradient paint design. In the front, it'll have a similar
panel with a punch-hole in the middle.
Under the hood, it will be powered by a
new chipset, not the Snapdragon 730G. It uses a more powerful 2x Cortex-A77
cores instead of Cortex-A76. It is expected to use the Exynos 980 with a
dedicated 5G modem.
The measurements and weight are slightly
different. It measures at 162.6 x 75.5 x 8.1 mm and 185 grams versus the 163.6
x 76.0 x 7.7 mm and 179 grams of A71. The rest of the specs should be similar
to the A71 with 8GB RAM, 128GB storage, 4,500mAh battery, 64MP quad-cam, and
32MP selfie cam.
We should know more about this phone in
the coming days.
