OPPO’s upcoming smartphone that has a
model number of PDAM10 has surfaced at the database of TENAA, the telecom
authority of China. The specifications of the phone suggest that it is a
forthcoming mid-range phone from the company. The images of the smartphone
haven’t appeared yet to TENAA. Early speculations suggest that it could be the
next A series OPPO phone for China.
The TENAA appearance of the smartphone
revealed that it has 162 x 75.06 x 8.9mm and it weighs 188 grams. Dark green
will be one of the color variants of the device. The handset has a 6.5-inch
display that produces full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. There is no
confirmation on whether the display sports a waterdrop notch or a punch-hole.
The smartphone houses a 4,880mAh minimum rated battery.
The 2GHz octa-core processor powers the
OPPO PDAM10 smartphone. The SoC is coupled with 8 GB of RAM. The Android 10 OS
comes preloaded on the phone. The smartphone is equipped with a native storage
of 128GB. There is a microSD card slot on the smartphone for additional
storage.
The OPPO PDAM10 smartphone has a front-facing
camera of 8-megapixel. The back panel of the phone has a quad camera setup. It
includes a 12-megapixel main lens, an 8-megapixel second shooter and a pair of
2-megapixel sensors. The handset could be sporting a regular fingerprint
scanner on its back. Hopefully, the images of the phone will appear on TENAA in
the next few days.
Recent reports have revealed that OPPO
could be launching as many as three other A-series phones in different markets
such as OPPO A92, OPPO A12 and A12e. The OPPO A92 recently received
certification from Singapore’s IMDA authority. Its moniker appears that it
could be the successor of the OPPO A91 phone.
The OPPO A12e is said to be equipped with
6.2-inch display, Snapdragon 450, 3 GB of RAM, 13-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual
camera setup, 8-megapixel front camera and 4,230mAh battery. The A12 was
recently spotted on Geekbench with Helio P35 SoC, 3 GB of RAM and Android 9 Pie
OS.
