Last month, Qualcomm shed some light on
upcoming Snapdragon 865 phones from various manufacturers including Asus, vivo
and FCNT (Fujitsu Connected Technologies Limited). It’s been quite some time
since we’ve seen a Fujitsu flagship but thanks to a leaked product page for the
arrows 5G smartphone on the manufacturer’s official website, we have a clear
picture of what to expect.
The phone will carry a curved 6.7-inch
AMOLED display with a QHD+ resolution and punch hole cutout in the top right
corner for the 32MP selfie cam. The panel also features an integrated
fingerprint scanner and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. Going around the back we
see a triple camera setup with a 48MP main shooter, 16MP ultrawide snapper and
an 8MP telephoto module, which supports 3x optical zoom.
The Snapdragon 865 chipset sits at the
helm coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The phone will support both mmWave
and Sub-6 5G connectivity and is advertised to carry 3.4Gbps download and
4.1Gbps upload speeds.
The FCNT arrows 5G will sport a 4,070 mAh
battery which supports USB-PD while the software front is covered by Android
10. The device is also IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. Other
noteworthy features include Wi-Fi 6 connectivity, Bluetooth 5.1 and FM radio
and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The Fujitsu arrows 5G is slated to arrive
on the Japanese market in the Spring of 2020, there is no word on pricing and
availability yet but we’ll make sure to update you once we know more.
