The
Redmi K30 will not be the only new product Redmi will announce on December 10.
There have been reports of a smart speaker and a router, and today, Lu Weibing
confirmed the company will indeed launch the aforementioned products alongside
the phone.
The
smart speaker will launch as the Redmi Xiao AI Play and the teaser poster hints
at the phone having a rectangular design with curved corners. It also hints at
the speaker having an orange paint job. The Redmi
Xiao AI Play will not only be able to control your smart electronics thanks to
the built-in assistant, but also be able to stream from multiple platforms.
The
other product is the Redmi Router AC2100 and the teaser poster hints at it
having six antennas (or supporting WiFi 6). The design is unknown but more
details should surface in the coming days.
Redmi
has also shared a teaser for a new RedmiBook that will be announced at the
event. The new computer should launch s the RedmiBook 13, and as the name says,
it should have a 13-inch display.
