Vivo unveiled the Z1 Pro in July, and today, the
company further expanded its Z Series with the Z1x. The vivo Z1x has the Snapdragon
712 SoC at the helm laced with 6GB RAM. The smartphone runs Android Pie with
Funtouch OS 9.1 atop and comes in two storage options - 64GB and 128GB.
On the front, the Z1x has a 6.38" FHD+ Super
AMOLED screen with a fingerprint reader underneath. The display also has a
cut-out up top for the 32MP selfie camera. Moving on to the back, we get a
triple camera setup aligned vertically in the upper-left corner which is a
combination of a 48MP main, 8MP super-wide-angle, and 2MP depth sensor modules.
The cameras on the Z1x come with AI-powered
features. The Z1x is offered in Fusion Blue and Phantom Purple colors and packs
a 4,500 mAh battery with 22.5W vivo FlashCharge support. It also comes with a
feature called Multi-Turbo which includes functions like Net Turbo, Center
Turbo, AI Turbo, and Cooling Turbo.
The vivo Z1x is priced at INR 16,990 (US$ 240/€ 215) for
the 64GB storage variant and costs INR 2,000 (US$ 30/€ 25) more for double storage.
It will go on sale in India from September 13 through Flipkart and the
company's official site.
