A new mini laptop has launched in China this week in
the form of the MAG1, which is now available to preorder from Chinese retail
website JD with prices starting from US$ 590. The mini laptop is equipped with a
8.9 inch IPS touchscreen display offering users a resolution of 2560 x 1600
pixels and can be equipped with either eight or 16 GB of RAM and either 256 or
512 GB SSD storage depending on your needs and budget.
Specifications currently available in China take the
form of the :
- Intel Core m3-8100Y/8GB RAM/256GB storage for CNY 4199 for roughly US$ 590
- Intel Core m3-8100Y/16GB RAM/512GB SSD for CNY 5199 an roughly US$ 735
Other features of the MAG1 mini laptop include an
8,600 mAh battery, 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 connectivity. Unfortunately
no word on worldwide availability has been confirmed as yet but the sooner
