Almost 3 months after its soft rollout in select
areas, ABS-CBN TVplus GO is now available nationwide. This is the new breed of the commonly
known 'black box' that has sold over 7 million units at the end of 2018.
ABS-CBN TVplus GO is the first-of-its-kind in the country turning smartphones
into mini, portable televisions.
For now, it is available for Android smartphones
that have micro-USB slots and OTG connectivity. It simply works by turning on
the OTG on the smartphone's settings and then simply plugging the TVplus GO to
the phone via the micro-USB slot.
TVplus GO supports Android 5.0 or higher, at least
1GB RAM, and dual-core processor. Phones with USB-C need to use a USB-OTG
adaptor. Some of the channels you can stream with this digital broadcast
mobile receiver are the following:

TVplus GO works with digital TV signal in the
following areas: Metro Manila, Rizal, Bulacan, Nueva Ecija, Pampanga, Batangas,
Tarlac, Pangasinan, Baguio City, Cavite, Laguna, Iloilo City, Bacolod City,
Metro Cebu, Cagayan de Oro City, and Davao City.
ABS-CBN TVplus GO is now available for PHP 799. It
is now available in SM Hypermarket, SM Savemore, SM Department Store, Gadget
Hub, SM Business Center, SM Appliance, Robinsons Appliance, Abensons, Villman,
Silicon Valley, DIY, Handyman, and Puregold stores nationwide.
