Android’s Enterprise database contains a list of
smartphones that are recommended by Google for use on its enterprise platform.
Occasionally, a smartphone goes up on the database prematurely or in this case
two phones in two days. After the nova 5T yesterday, Google has now spilled the
beans of the Huawei P smart Pro.
According to the Android Enterprise Directory, the
Huawei P smart Pro will get 4GB of RAM, 64GB of base storage, and support a
fingerprint scanner. The listing also includes a single image of the phone from
the front. Unfortunately, this is the only information offered.
The bump in screen size is significant, as the P
smart had only a 5.65-inch display. Meanwhile, the Kirin 659 powered this old
device, but the Pro model will likely get the newer Kirin 810. Given the phone’s slim upper
bezel, it is likely the P smart Pro will have a pop-up selfie camera like the
Honor 9X and 9X Pro.
The phone will likely be announced in the following
weeks, so all the unknowns will be revealed.
