In the first of the year 2019, Samsung targeted the
online market in India by releasing the online-exclusive M-series of
smartphones such as Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20, Galaxy M30 and Galaxy M40
smartphones. Recent reports have revealed that Samsung is working on a new
version of M30 that may hit the market with Galaxy M30s moniker. Fresh
information reveals that the pre-production of the smartphone has started in
India. This indicates that the Galaxy M30s may debut in August.
Claiming information received from a trusted source,
91mobilles has reported that the production process of the Galaxy M30s has
begun in the Noida facility in India. Currently, the manufacturing process is
in the starting phase and it will take some time for its mass production to
begin in full swing. The source has added that the Galaxy M30s will debut as
early as next month.
Rumors have it that the upcoming Galaxy M30s has a
model number of SM-M307F. The model number of the existing Galaxy M30 is
SM-M305. The handset is likely to be slotted in between the Galaxy M30 and
Galaxy M40 smartphones.
In terms of design, the Galaxy M30s may resemble the
Galaxy M30 smartphone. A Geekbench listing of the SM-M307F model had revealed
that is powered by Exynos 9610 chipset and 4 GB of RAM. The listing also
revealed that the smartphone is loaded with Android 9 Pie OS. The existing
Galaxy M30 has Exynos 7904 chipset onboard. The upcoming Galaxy M30s is
expected to release in 64 GB and 128 GB storage choices. A recent leak had
revealed that the smartphone may release in color editions like Blue, Black and
White. There is no other information available on the specs of the Galaxy M30s.
