LG launched the new line of XBOOM speakers aimed to
let you enjoy great sounding music. LG partnered with Meridian to
bring the XBOOM speakers to the next level. Meridian is a British pioneer in
terms of Hi-Res audio. Their audio technology is used in popular luxury car
brands such McLaren, Jaguar and Land Rover.
LG XBOOM Go PK5, for instance, is a portable
Bluetooth speaker. It promises no compromises in terms of sound quality even if
it is meant to be compact. It has Dual Passive Radiators that act like mini
bass drivers. Then its Enhanced Bass technology ensure a larger and much more
substantial sound. It also has aptX HD built in that allows you to stream
24-bit HiFi audio with no loss in sound quality. It also promises 18-hour
battery life and has IPX5 Water Resistance.
Next up is the XBOOM RK7 which has 550 watts of
power. That amount of power can deliver clear vocals from its dual tweeters and
deep, crisp bass from the dual woofers. You can also use it vertically or
horizontally to fit your needs.
The common limitation of typical Bluetooth speakers
is that only one device can be connected at a time. With the RK7, two devices
can be connected at the same time. It is also equipped with aptX HD as well.
There are also special modes available such as the integration of the DJ App
and Karaoke Star that cancels out the vocals in the song for you to sing along
with.
Lastly, the XBOOM RL4 mixes power and compact
design. It packs 5-inch dual woofers with 150 watts output. You can also use it
vertically or horizontally with no compromise in audio quality. It also has
