Early specs of the
Huawei Mate 30 Pro surfaced last month including the 6.71-inch AMOLED display.
And, according to the information coming out of China, this screen will have a
refresh rate of 90Hz - like the OnePlus 7 Pro. Meanwhile alleged renders of the
Mate 30 Pro surface, revealing a phone with a curved edges of its display and
with a punch hole in the upper-left corner to accommodate two cameras.
At the back, the
smartphone will have a quad camera setup placed in the center with an LED flash
in 'V' formation. This camera system is said to offer 5x optical zoom and 50x
digital zoom. The renders also reveal that the Mate 30 Pro will come in at
least three colors - Blue, Red, and Black. However, we cannot verify the
accuracy of these images, so don't consider them certain.
The Huawei Mate 30
Pro is rumored to have Kirin 985 SoC at the helm, paired with Balong 5000 5G
modem. Other rumored specs include an in-display fingerprint scanner and a
4,200 mAh battery with 55W fast wired charging support.
Huawei is likely to
unveil the Mate 30 Pro in October, but we don't have to wait until then to know
more about it as more information is likely to follow in the meantime.
