Leagoo joined the biggest mobile exhibition in the
world, MWC2019, that was held in Barcelona and showcased its latest and
greatest models. Of course, the media lights focused on Leagoo’s new flagships,
Leagoo S11 and S12 with the former featuring a classic waterdrop notch and the
latter the all-new punch-hole display.
The Leagoo S11 is equipped with a 6.3″ waterdrop
notch display with 19:9 aspect ratio and the high screen/body ratio results in
a stunning and immersive visual experience. As for the performance, this is
taken care of by the Helio P22 SoC accompanied by 4GB of RAM and 128GB of
storage. A dual rear camera, 3300mAh battery, and Android 9 are also available,
making the S11 a beautiful, modern, and -probably- affordable device.
Apart from the S11, the Leagoo S12 was also
available, bringing something different: the next-gen display panel that
features a punch-hole instead of the classic notch. Compared with the
mainstream notch design, the punch-hole design has a much higher screen-to-body
ratio. The diameter of the hole is about 3.1 mm, which is rightly located on
the status bar of the UI, so it does not affect the normal display of the
screen content. As seen in the photo, the S12 will sport a triple rear camera
and will carry a 4000mAh battery.
Leagoo promised to continue to make affordable
devices available and affordable does not equal to cheap materials and poor
performance. So we expect to keep getting great devices at great prices from
the company. You can learn more about the company and its current and future
devices on its official website.
