Huawei is launching its P30 flagships in Paris next
month. There might be one month until the unveiling, but press renders already
leaked, revealing the key features of the Huawei P30 and Huawei P30 Pro. The Huawei P30 Pro will have four
cameras and is expected to bring 10x hybrid zoom - telephoto lens, coupled with
a 5x zoom.
The setup is quite unusual, with one shooter, likely the ToF sensor
positioned aside from the three main snappers. We also see the curved edges of
the front - looks like Huawei P30 Pro will adopt the Mate 20 Pro design. There
are no fingerprint scanners visible, so it is likely going under the OLED
panel.
The Huawei P30 is also a piece of beauty on its own.
There are three shooters on the back with all the LED flashes and sensors below
the camera setup. We see a more straightforward approach on the front -
traditional 2.5D curved glass, waterdrop notch and the tiniest bezels Huawei
can manufacture right now.
We also expect to see the first vanilla version of a
Huawei flagship with OLED panel and optical fingerprint scanner, instead of a
physical one on the outside. Specs-wise, we are pretty sure the devices will
have Kirin 980 chipset, but we are eager to see if Huawei will mount the Balong
5000 modem for 5G speeds at selected markets.
