The vivo V15 Pro was caught outside wearing a black
and red gradient. And it proudly displays the “AI triple camera” label next to
the 48MP module. Qualcomm claims that the multi-core AI Engine inside the
Snapdragon 675 chipset offers a 50% speedup compared to older chipsets.
The way the rear glass reflects light creates an
interesting diamond pattern. The blue gradient seen in leaked press images has
wavy reflections instead. Anyway, there’s nothing no the back besides the
camera because the Super AMOLED screen on the front will house an in-display
fingerprint reader.
Shame that this photo doesn’t show the 32MP pop-up
selfie camera extended, it’s a defining feature of the V15 Pro. The phone is set to launch on
February 20, though pre-orders will start on the 15th. The expected price is
INR 25,000 (US$ 350/€ 305) for the model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.
