The Fitbit Versa was unveiled less than a year ago,
but a sequel may already be in the works. Several pictures allegedly showing
off the Fitbit Versa 2 have just been leaked, but we believe these are no more
than just more colors for the original model.
Currently, Fitbit Versa is available in Black, Rose
Gold and Gray, but four additional color options may be available soon if these
images are accurate: Silver, Rose Pink, Purple, and Cyan Blue. According to TechnoBuffalo, the
wearable device in these images is, in fact, the Fitbit Versa 2. The report
claims the smartwatch doesn't bring any changes in terms of specs or design,
which makes us believe that these images actually show off different colors of
the original model.
If this is indeed the Versa 2 and Fitbit decided
that there's no need to change anything design-wise, then perhaps it's
important to add that it offers 50 meters water-resistance and 6-axis
accelerometer, just like the current model.
Also, we don't rule out the possibility of this
being some kind of special edition Fitbit Versa, which keeps all the features
and design of the original model but adds new ones like GPS, metallic makeover
and more color options.
