AOC has introduced a new 31.5 inch gaming monitor
offering users a resolution of 2560 x 1440 and a refresh rate of 1 ms, 144Hz
supporting AMD FreeSync and the new G-Sync support recently announced by
NVIDIA. The AOC CQ32G1 is priced at £ 359, US$ 395 and € 399 and unfortunately
doesn’t support HDR content, maximum 300 cd/m² brightness.
Other features of the new AOC monitor include 3000:1
contrast ratio, 124% sRGB coverage and 1800R curvature. Together with a design
that offers 2mm bezels combined with a small 5mm black border. On the rear AOC
has added one DisplayPort 1.2 input followed by two HDMI 1.4 inputs.
AOC is also this week introduced the monitors in the
form of the C24G1 (24″, US$ 230), the C27G1 (27″, US$ 280) and the C32G1 (32″, US$ 300),
all of which offer users a HD resolution of 1080p.
