Ahead of CES 2019, LG has introduced new
XBOOM series of speakers that includes new flagship XBOOM mini component (CL98)
with 3,500W output and high-end XBOOM (OL100) with 2,000W output. XBOOM series
have aptX HD codec for lossless hi-resolution audio streaming over Bluetooth
and Wireless Party Link lets you connect multiple speakers. The models also
come with Karaoke Star feature that can suppress the vocals on almost any
track.
The XBOOM CL98 incorporates a Compression Horn to
generate crisper, more detailed audio across higher frequencies. The XBOOM OL100 has a proprietary Blast Horn
– a folded air duct behind the driver designed to create acoustic sound
pressure by directing air through an amplifying duct – to improve
high-frequency reproduction and bass performance.
Other feature of OL100 include, Meridian Mode,
developed in collaboration with the experts at renowned British company
Meridian Audio offers exclusive sound setting for clearer vocals and more responsive
bass. It also has Grab & Move handle design.
The XBOOM freestyle speakers (RK7 and RL4) can be
oriented either vertically or horizontally and feature the X-grip handle for
convenient transportation. The LG XBOOM Go PK series speakers promise excellent
high-fidelity sound despite their compact size and light weight.

be showcased at the CES 2019 in the Las Vegas Convention Center, Central Hall
