LG has unveiled a new addition to their range of QHD
monitors this week announcing the availability of the new LG 32QK500-W which
comes equipped with AMD’s FreeSync technology supported by the HDMI port and
the refresh rate of 75 Hz together with a response time of 8 ms. Resolution is
2,560 x 1,440 pixels and the IPS (In-Plane Switching) screen assures fast
response times and improved colour reproduction from virtually any angle.
LG have also include a “Reader Mode” full computer
users that reduces blue light to help lessen eye fatigue. “Reader Mode provides
optimal conditions for reading with just a click of a mouse, you can more
comfortably read your display.”
The monitor features Display Port, mDP and two HDMI
inputs plus a headphone jack for versatile connectivity. “On-Screen Control
puts a host of essential monitor settings into a handy window for quick, easy
access. Volume, brightness, picture mode presets, Screen Split 2.0 and Dual
Controller and more can now be adjusted with just a few clicks of the mouse,
instead of hard buttons on the monitor. “
