Samsung Foldable Smartphone



We just saw some photos of the new Samsung Foldable Smartphone which may launch as the Samsung Galaxy X and now we have some more details about the handset. We have some information on the display of the device, when it is folded out it will measure 7.3 inches and when folded in half it will have a 4.6 inch display on the outside.

The secondary 4.6 inch display will come with a 21:9 aspect ratio and will feature a resolution of 1960 x 840 pixels with 420 ppi. The larger 7.3 inch display comes with a FHD+ resolution of 2152 x 1536 pixels and 420 ppi, Samsung has also revealed some information on how the two display will work together.

If you are using an app on the outer display and then unfold the handset the app will then expand onto the larger display. It looks interesting from the photos we have seen, Samsung has not revealed the full specifications as yet.

The Samsung Foldable Smartphone is expected to launch in 2019, we could possibly see the handset at MWC 2019 in February, as soon as we get some more details about the device, we will let you guys know.
