Asus has launched the VivoBook S15 (S530) and S14
(S430) which are Windows 10 notebooks. The VivoBook S15 and VivoBook S14 weigh
only 1.8kg and 1.4kg respectively and are just 18mm thin. The laptops come with
ErgoLift hinge that recreates the feel of a desktop keyboard and offers a more
comfortable typing experience.
The Asus VivoBook S15 and S14 are the first laptops
in the VivoBook Series to feature the new three-sided NanoEdge design with an
86% on S15 and 84% screen-to-body ratio
on the S14. The panels also feature wide-view technology and exceptional color
reproduction for lifelike visuals even when viewed from extreme positions.
The Asus Vivibook S15 sports a 15.6-inch display,
while the S14 packs a 14-inch display and are powered by up to 8th Generation
Intel Core i7 processors and NVIDIA GeForce MX150 discrete graphics. Both the
S15 and S14 supports easy multitasking, multimedia editing, or casual gaming. S15
and S14 has a dual-storage design. Furthermore, ASUS Wi-Fi Master technology
offers reliable dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi connections at extreme distances.
Both the laptops also come with one-touch access
with Windows Hello, via an optional fingerprint sensor built into the touchpad.
Connectivity features include reversible USB Type-C port, USB-C 3.1 Gen 1. In
addition, these laptops also feature USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-A and USB 2.0 ports,
HDMI output, and a microSD card reader. The company claims all-day battery life
and the fast-charge technology ensures up to 60% charge in 49 minutes.
The Asus Vivobook S15 will be available across all
Asus exclusive stores from November 15th starting at Rs. 54,990, while the S14
will be available from November 1st on Flipkart exclusively starting at Rs.
69,990.
