Next month during November 2018 a new mini PC will
be available in the form of the ODROID-H2 mini PC equipped with a Celeron J4105
Gemini Lake Intel 2.3 GHz quad-core with the capability of being supported by
up to 32 GB of RAM.
Other features of the mini PC which measures just
4.3 x 4.3 x 1.7 inches in size, include two SATA 3.0 ports, an M.2 PCIe 2.0 x4
slot for an NVMe SSD, and support for eMMC flash storage. Aimed at developers
and enthusiasts the mini PC is sold without any casing but plans are afoot to
provide cases as optional extras that can be purchased separately in the near
future.
Connections on the mini PC include DisplayPort 1.2,
HDMI 2.0 ports both of which offer support for 4K/60Hz output, S/PDIF and 3.5mm
audio jacks, 2 x Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2 x USB 3.0 ports and 2 x USB 2.0
ports. Unfortunately, no information on pricing has been released as yet, but
as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always.
