Lenovo is adding a new device to its smartphone
portfolio, the company has just revealed on Weibo. The Chinese manufacturer
will introduce the new Lenovo S5 Pro at a dedicated event in Beijing, China in
exactly seven days.
The new phone will come with dual selfie cameras,
raising the number of total snappers up to four, an upgrade from the regular
Lenovo S5 with one selfie shooter and a dual main setup. The image posted by Lenovo says
the new phone will have “a pair of eyes to find your inner beauty”, clearly
suggesting both cameras pictured will provide extra features for the beloved by
many Portrait Mode.
We are yet to learn more about the specs of the
Lenovo S5 Pro, but we hope to see something better than the 5.7” 18:9 LCD panel
on the Lenovo S5, a mightier Snapdragon chipset and more RAM than the regular
S5. The S5 Pro is not the only expected smartphone from
Lenovo - we are also waiting for the slider Z5 Pro with four cameras on the
back to be announced later this month.
