The upcoming Xiaomi Redmi Note 6 Pro is
now available for pre-order online at Aliexpress even before its actual launch. Based on the listing found on
Aliexpress, the said device will feature few notable upgrades Compared with the
Redmi Note 5/Pro early this year.
First, the device will now have a screen with 19:9
screen aspect ratio. It'll come with a notched 6.26-inch IPS panel with FHD+
resolution at 403 ppi. Second, it will feature a 20MP and 2MP dual-camera setup for selfies.
In total, it'll load with four cameras. Third, Xiaomi replaced the micro
USB with a USB Type-C port.
However, the rest of the listed specs aren't that
exciting. Most of them are the same with the Redmi Note 5/Pro. You will find
the same Snapdragon 636 octa-core processor clocked at 1.8GHz, Adreno 509 GPU,
3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage, 4,000mAh battery, and 12MP + 5MP dual-camera
setup at the back. But, we also found a listing online which "revealed" that
there's a higher-end variant of this phone with Snapdragon 660.
As expected, the device will be equipped with the rest
of the basic 2018 smartphone features like the fingerprint scanner at the
back, WiFi, 4G LTE, and dual SIM slots. It will also boot with the
Android Oreo OS based MIUI 9 skin out of the box.
At Aliexpress, the device retails at US$ 185.99 to US$ 210.99.
