Xiaomi just
released two new variants of the Mi 8 in China. It include the Mi 8 Youth and
Mi 8 Pro. Obviously, the Mi 8 Lite is the lower-end model. On the other hand,
the Mi 8 Pro is equipped with top-end specs and a In-Display fingerprint
scanner ala modern Vivo smartphones.
The Mi 8 Lite will
come with a 6.26-inch screen with Snapdragon 660 AIE processor inside. It also
has up to 6GB RAM, up to 128GB storage, and 3,350mAh battery with Quick Charge
3.0 tech. It'll also come with a 12MP + 5MP dual cameras behind and a 24MP
snapper for selfies.

come with an In-Display fingerprint sensor versus the regular rear facing

Both phones could
come with cool-looking gradient designs which reminds us of modern Huawei
phones. The Mi 8 Lite will come in dream blue and twilight gold gradient colors
or a plain black color. The Mi 8 Pro will come in twilight gold gradient color

The Mi 8 Lite has a
starting price of CNY 1,399. On the other hand, the Mi 8 Pro has a starting
price of CNY 3,199 for the 6GB RAM/128GB ROM version while the 8GB RAM/128GB
ROM edition is priced at CNY 3,599.
