At the Galaxy Note9 launch last month, Samsung
announced that that the Galaxy Watch will be available in PH soon.
Earlier, Samsung made it official here in the Philippines. The Galaxy
Watch is the company's best smartwatch yet. It is equipped with military-grade
body with 5 ATM water resistance rating which can be used for swimming. It also
has Gorilla Glass DX+ to avoid scratches and damage.
The Galaxy Watch also boasts that it is a smart
digital assistant. It has auto-fitness and wellness tracking designed for those
who want to have/or have an active lifestyle. The watch also boasts "My
Day Watch Face" feature, which includes the user's whole day schedule. It
even sports dual time watch face with two different time zones and
automatically adapts time zone wherever you are.
The device can also check if you are stressed out
and provide you a data about your sleep quality. It can also play music and has
the usual notifications for calls, mapping, and reminders. The watch has 270mAh of battery
which can last for up to 80 hours on a single charge.
The Galaxy Watch will be available starting
September 14, 2018. The 42 mm unit in rose gold and 46 mm variant in silver are
priced at PHP 15,990 and PHP 16,990, respectively.
