Angelbird has unveiled two new additions
to its range of solid state drives (SSD) specifically designed for the modern
video photographer. Available in both 500GB and 1TB versions the AtomX SSDmini
will be priced at US$ 199 and US$ 399 respectively.
The SSDmini has been created to provide the perfect
companion for the new Ninja V by design, supporting 10-bit 4K 60p recording and
working with the latest cameras such as the Panasonic GH5 and GH5S, Fujifilm
X-T3, Nikon Z6 and Z7, and Canon EOS R.
The Angelbird AtomX SSDmini casing is constructed
from aluminium and offers X-ray, shock, and magnetic protection and is fitted
with an Enterprise-class SSD offers built-in EDC/ECC function, TRIM, and
support for the Secure Erase function in AtomOS on compatible Atomos devices.
