Drzcreation has created a new smart USB-C charging
cable called the wibo, which they have launched via Kickstarter this week with
the aim of raising US$ 5,000 to take the smart charging cable into production.
Once plugged in wibo detects your device’s maximum
charge acceptance rate and utilises the maximum power output capability from
the adapter providing the maximum and optimal charge required for the connected
device. Smart LED identification shows the status of the charger capability and
the device charging status.
The smart charging cable is now available to back
via Kickstarter with earlybird pledges available from US$ 11 or just £ 9 with
worldwide shipping expected to take place during October 2018.
