OPPO has officially launched the Find X in the
Philippines, the futuristic flagship smartphone of the company. To refresh our minds, the Find X
arrived with a stunning glossy panoramic arc design and a true bezel-less
display.
It boasts a massive 6.4-inch Curved Super AMOLED
display with FHD+ 2340 x 1080 resolution. It has a 19:5:9 screen aspect ratio
and a very impressive 93.8 percent screen-to-body ratio. To make that feat possible, OPPO
introduced the stealth 3D camera. It's a motorized system with pop-up dual cameras at the back
and single selfie camera. According to OPPO, it will pop-up once you open the
camera app in just 0.5 seconds. OPPO also claimed that this system can last for
up to over 5 years of use.
At the back, it hides a 16MP f/2.0 + 20MP f/2.0 dual
cameras w/ AI scene detection, 5x zoom, and LED flash behind. For selfies,
there's a 25MP f/2.0 AI camera. The stealth 3D camera also
include the flood illuminator, infrared camera, raging sensor, receiver, and
dot projector.
According to OPPO the pop-up camera system survived
the 300,000 durability test which can last for over 5 years of use.Under the
hood, it has flagship-grade internals. You'll find the usual 2.8GHz 64-bit
Snapdragon 845 octa-core processor, Adreno 630 GPU, 8GB RAM, and 128GB/256GB
storage, and 3,730mAh of battery w/ VOOC fast charging charging tech.
It boots with Android 8.1 Oreo OS w/ ColorOS 5.1
skin. You will also find the Google Assistant, Google Lens, and AI
capabilities. The AI can learn the habit of users and predicts the apps you will
use and more.
The OPPO Find X will be available in the Philippines
starting August 11, 2018 for PHP 49,990. It is now available to pre-order
as well.
