Amazon has been released a new Fire
HD 10 kids tablet which is now available to purchase priced at US$ 200 and
features a 10.1 inch 1080p Full HD screen, quad-core processor and 32 GB of
storage that can be expanded further using the handy microSD card slot up to
256GB.
The kids tablet is also equipped with a rechargeable battery capable of
providing up to 10 hours of useful life on a single charge all housed in a kid
proof case in blue, pink, or yellow. Together with two-year “worry-free
guarantee – if they break it, return it and we’ll replace it. No questions
asked.” says Amazon.
The Fire HD 10 Kids Edition is Amazon’s
largest tablet built from the ground up for kids and has been inspired by three
ideas : Kids want a real tablet, not a toy, parents don’t want to worry about
the content their kids are viewing and despite best intentions, kids break
things.
Amazon explains a little more about its
features “includes a year of Amazon FreeTime Unlimited, which offers more than
15,000 books, videos, educational apps, and games that have been curated for
age-appropriateness, plus access to tens of thousands of hand-selected websites
and YouTube videos and world-class parental controls—at no additional cost.”
After the first year, Amazon FreeTime Unlimited starts at US$ 2.99 per month for
Prime members and US$ 4.99 per month for customers not signed up to Prime.
