During this year's Mobile World Congress
(MWC) 2018, Huawei launched its MateBook X Pro aside from their MediaPads. The
MateBook X Pro highlights a beautiful metal-clad body with a 13.9-inch Full
View display with a 91 percent screen-to-body ratio. It has a narrow 4.4mm
bezels and 3000 x 2000 resolution.
It was also claimed that the MateBook X
Pro has 100 percent sRGB color gamut, 450 nits brightness and 1500:1 contrast
ratio, and 10 points of touch.
The laptop is powered by the new 8th
Generation Intel CoreTM i7-8550U processor, 8GB / 16GB RAM, NVMe PCIe SSD, and
57.4WHr battery with up to 12 hours of 1080p video playback. It comes with a
USB Type-C 65W Power Adapter.
Huawei also stated that it has 2x USB
Type C port (one of them has ThunderboldTM 3 support), 1x USB-A port, and
headphone jack. It also has a quad-speaker setup with Dolby Atmos surround
sound.
The MateBook X Pro is just 14.6 mm slim
and weighs at 1.33 kg. It'll come in space gray and mystic silver options.
