Audeze has announced the launch of a new version of its entry-level LCD-2 model which is
now available as a closed-back version. Taking the form of the aptly named
Audeze LCD2 Closed-Back headphones which are now available to purchase priced
at US$ 899.
The new LCD2 Closed-Back headphones are supplied
with a lightweight suspension headband, special crystal-infused nylon rings,
and contoured memory foam ear-pads for enhanced comfort.
The new edition comes almost 10 years since the
original LCD2 Classic version was launched offering its handmade wooden accents
which have since been replaced to provide users with a lower entry point of US$ 799.
