Cyril Labidi and his development team based in
France have created a new Internet connected wireless speaker named the Padam,
which can connect directly to Internet radio stations, playlists, podcasts and
more without the need for a smartphone connection. Padam wireless speaker is launched
via Kickstarter this week and is now available to back with early bird pledges
available from € 199 or £ 173.
Padam has been designed to stream content directly
from the Internet and allows you to twist the dial to select your desired
preset and enjoy music without the need to connect to your smartphone, tablet
or computer.
Even though Padam as a wireless speaker for Internet
connection that also includes Bluetooth connectivity allowing you to stream
content directly from your smartphone, tablet or computer if desired. Padam It
is also splash proof and portable and includes a built-in battery that is
capable of providing up to 6 hours of continuous playback on a single charge.
