Starting today, OnePlus is selling its limited
edition Silk White version OnePlus 6 and along with it, the company is
launching its wireless earbuds as well. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless have been
critically acclaimed by some tech reviewers prior to their release, so we
expect them to be pretty successful right off the bat.
The buds start at US$ 69/€ 69/£ 69 and offer some neat
features like fast charging (10 minutes of charge = up to 5 hours of
listening), water-resistance and support for Google Assistant. The so-called
Magnetic Control is also a nifty little feature - it turns the buds off when
snapped together thanks to the built-in magnets.
And as for the Silk White version of the OnePlus 6,
it's basically the same phone but with matte white back finish. OnePlus says it
used pearl powder to produce that "subtle shimmering effect." A total
of six layers form that frosted texture while retaining the Gorilla Glass 5
protective layer.
The device is available
only with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage making it a bit costlier
than the standard version. The asking price is US$ 579 in the US, € 569 in the EU
and £ 519 in the UK.
