Lenovo has introduced budget
K5 Note and A5 smartphones in China. Both these have 6-inch and 5.45-inch HD+ displays
with 18:9 aspect ratio, respectively. These run Android 8.1 (Oreo)
with ZUI on top, feature a fingerprint sensor on the back, 8-megapixel
front camera and dedicated dual SIM and microSD slots. The K5 Note competes
with the Xiaomi Redmi 5.
The K5 Note is powered by Snapdragon 450 with up to
4GB RAM and has a 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual rear cameras, while the A5 is
powered by MediaTek MT6739 SoC with 3GB RAM and comes with a single
13-megapixel rear camera.
The K5 Note has a metal back, and the A5 just has a
metal-like finish. These pack a 3760mAh and 4000mAh battery,
respectively.

Blue colors, is priced at 799 yuan (US$ 124) for the 3GB
RAM with 32GB storage version and the 4GB RAM with 64GB storage version costs
999 yuan (US$ 156). The Lenovo A5 comes in Black, Gold and
Rose Gold colors and starts at 599 yuan (US$ 93) for the
16GB storage version.
