Taiwanese hardware manufacturer ECS has unveiled a
new mini PC they have created which is the company smallest computer to date
and measures just 7.7 x 7.2 x 1.8 inches in size. Available with a choice of
processors depending on your budget and requirements the mini PC can be
equipped with an Intel Celeron J4005, Celeron J4105, or Pentium J5005 Gemini
Lake CPU.
The processor is supported by up to 8GB of DDR4-2400
memory and has room for a 2.5 inch drive and an M.2 2242 or M.2 2280 SSD.
Connectivity is provided by support for Bluetooth 4.2 and 802.11ac and
connections include 7 x USB ports, Ethernet, HDMI, VGA and obligatory audio
connections for headphones and microphones.
Unfortunately, no information on pricing or
worldwide availability has been released as yet by ECS for the new mini PC, but
as soon as information comes to light, we will keep you updated as always.
