Computer maker Dell has made another mark with the
launch of its powerful XPS 13 (9370) in the Philippine market on May 29. At a
media briefing, Dell presented to the local media its newest product XPS 13
(9370), dubbed to be the smallest yet most powerful 13-inch laptop in its
class.
The new XPS 13 (9370) touts its next-generation
InfinityEdge 4K Ultra HD display, and a dazzling Rose Gold with Alpine White
woven glass fiber interior as an option to traditional silver and black carbon
fiber interiro. The device has also 80 percent more thermal headroom and is
powered by Dell Power Manager.
Dell equipped the XPS 13 (9370) with Gore Thermal
Isulation, the same silica aerogels used in the Mars Rover to diffuse and
dissipate heat, to keep the system cool. Aside from its 4K display, the XPS 13
(9370) aims to take the movie experience into a higher level with its new Dell
Cinema suit of entertainment-enhancing technologies. This technology offers
immersive audio and visual experience.
Under this innovation, the CinemaColor is powered by
Windows HD Color which displays HD range streamed content--enhanced detail,
more vivid hues, sharper brightness and a wider color gamut. It also has
CinemaSound, a Dell exclusive audio innovation which provides clearer highs,
enhanced bass and higher volume. In addition, the XPS 13 (9370) also offers
less buffering, more bandwidth and better resolution with its CinemaStream
powered by Killer and SmartByte.
The product is complete with Windows 10 Pro and
powered by the latest Intel 8th Generation quad-core processor, and has fast
booting SSDs up to 1TB. Its battery life can last for almost 20 hours on FHD
mode and up to 11 hours on UHD mode. Given all this remarkable specs, Dell
boasted the XPS 13 (9370) has been awarded as CES (Consumer Electronics Show)
2018 Innovation Award honoree in the last CES event earlier this 2018.
The XPS 13 (9370) has a
suggested retail price that starts at PHP 99,990. It is now available in Dell's
11 concept stores nationwide.
