With the Honor 10 already making waves in the
market, the next device we expect from the Huawei Honor sub-brand is the
trimmed down variant of the flagship Honor 10, and following the previous
tradition, that device might come as the Honor 10 Lite.
Begining a new round of leaks, an unannounced Honor
device has just surfaced on TENAA, with
specs, but devoid of images, and it is rumoured to be the Honor 10 lite. Though
not listed as the Honor 10 lite, the alleged honor 10 Lite has a model number
(LLD-AL20) similar to that of the Honor 9 Lite (LLD-AL10, LLD-TL10) released
back in 2017.
As per the TENAA listing, the alleged Honor 10 lite
will sport a 5.84-inch screen with a 2280 x 1080 display, with 19:9 aspect
ratio and possibly a notch. Under the hood, the device will be propelled by a
2.36GHz octa-core processor, and that might turn out to be the Kirin 659. TENAA
listing suggests the device will come only in 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage
option with the added ability to expand the storage up to 256GB via a microSD
card.
For optics, the alleged Honor 10 Lite will come
fitted with four cameras – a 13MP sensor paired with a 2MP dual camera setup on
the back, and a 16MP front-facing should sit above the display. Based on
Android Oreo out of the box, the alleged Honor 10 will be powered by a 2,900mAh
non-removable battery, while the usual set of connectivity option such as
Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. No official words yet on the possible launch date.
