Since the
rugged market is now blooming, manufacturers are competing in the pricing with
Blackview being among those offering the best budget phones. And they intend to
continue towards that direction with their new BV5800 Pro that will hit the
market next week as they claim it will be the cheapest rugged phone with
wireless charging support. Well, that remains to be seen.
The Blackview BV5800 Pro features typical
entry-level specs like the MTK6739 quad-core SoC accompanied by 2GB of RAM and
16GB of internal storage. Also, there is a 5.5″ HD+ 18:9 display and dual
camera on the back with 13MP/0.2MP sensors while an 8MP sensor is used for the
selfie shots. Of course, the battery capacity is above average measuring
5580mAh with 5V/2A fast charging.
So, what would be the killer features in a typical
-for the category- device? First of all, it comes with the latest Android
version (8.1 Oreo) and all the goodies it brings. Also, there is Wireless
Charging supported and that is not something we see every day in a budget
device. The device will come in 3 colors: Black, Yellow, and Green.
