Asus ZenFone Live L1 is Asus' first Android
Go smartphone. It was officially introduced in Indonesia and it will go on sale
in mid-May for a price that will be announced later on. According to Asus, the
Android Go device will be launched in Europe as well, but it did not offer any
additional details on the matter.
Specs-wise, Asus ZenFone Live L1 looks pretty
decent. It sports a 5.5-inch IPS display with HD+ (1440 x 720 pixels)
resolution and 18:9 format, as well as a 13-megapixel camera on the back and a
secondary 5-megapixel selfie camera in the front. Asus also mentions the
ZenFone Live L1 features face unlock.
The ZenFone Live L1 is equipped with a 1.4GHz
quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 425 processor, 16GB storage, and either 1GB or
2GB RAM. The 1GB RAM model ships with Android Go on board, while the 2GB RAM
variant run Android 8.1 Oreo right out of the box.
Finally, the smartphone is powered by a 3,000 mAh
battery and features dual-SIM support and LTE compatibility. Also, a third slot
can be used to expand internal memory up to 2TB.
