The official website of Xiaomi listed the
Amazfit smart sports watch 2, which comes with a price tag of 999 Yuan (US$ 159).
The Amazfit smart sports watch 2 uses a 2.5D sapphire glass table mirror with a
durable wear-resistant ceramic bezel and 316L stainless steel buttons and lugs.
It also has a 3D laser carbon fiber texture body which makes it suitable for
sports, business occasions or even in the wild.
The Amazfit Smart Sports Watch 2 supports 11 sports
modes which include Running, Walking, Outdoor Riding, Swimming Pool, Open Water
Swimming, Indoor Running, Indoor Riding, Elliptical Train, Mountain Climbing,
Trail Running, and Triathlon.
According to a Xiaomi official, the AMAZFIT smart
sports watch 2 operates in full open GPS mode, cruising for 35 hours, and it
can easily support 100 km off-road events. For daily use, it can last for up to
5 days. In addition, the 2nd generation of the AMAZFIT smartwatch also boasts a
superior waterproof capability. The official said its waterproof rating has
reached 5 ATM which is equivalent to 50 meters underwater, and it supports
swimming mode, recording swimming data, and can also identify professional data
such as swimming stroke.
This smartwatch is already listed on Xiaomi’s
official website for booking ahead of its official launch at 10:00 on April 6.
