Ultimate Ears has unveiled a new pair of
in-ear monitors specifically designed for live performance which are now
available to purchase priced at US$ 2,200. UE allows you to customise the colour
of the in-ear monitors to suit your taste and style and will start shipping the
new design out to customers next month during May 2018.
The UE Live in-ear monitors are equipped with seven
balanced armatures and a dynamic 6mm neodymium driver to provide the “fullest,
richest, and most powerful in-ear monitor we’ve ever made”. Together with the
UE Live, Ultimate Ears also announced the Ultimate Ears 6 PRO in-ear monitors
which are a little more affordable priced at US$ 699 and designed for drummers,
bass players, DJ, and hip-hop musicians, with two dynamic drivers for midrange
and bass. To offer the “ultimate stage performance piece Powerful. Clean.
Crisp. Bold”.
Features of the Live monitors include the speakers
being specifically tuned for every frequency range as well providing tune
drivers to “minimise crossover components” and a precision tooled branched
acoustic audio path.
