The Smartisan Nut 3 has been in the spotlight, but the
manufacturer also came in with a couple of new products such as the Smartisan
Powerbank and the Smartisan Air Purifier.
As you guess, the selling point of the Smartisan Air
Purifier is the strong ability to remove formaldehyde. It adopts an innovative
three-layer filter structure composed of six-surface activated carbon, which
has a super-adsorptive capacity for harmful gases such as formaldehyde and
toluene, volatile organic compounds and various odors. The Smartisan Air Purifier
maintains an excellent level of scavenging capability for solid particulate
contaminants. The CADR value for those pollutants exceeds 800 m3/h.
In terms of noise control, the air purifier provides
the industry’s top-notch cleanliness within an acceptable noise range. Say,
with only 3.4dB of s noise, it can still provide up to 205 m3/h. The Smartisan
Air Purifier is equipped with a high-precision laser dust sensor that can
quickly and accurately detect the concentration of contaminants. The values are
displayed on the LCD screen placed on the front of the purifier. But you can
sync your phone with it and control/monitor the air purifier directly from your
smartphone. The PM2.5 concentration can be displayed on its screen as well.
The Smartisan Air Purifier will become available for
purchase starting May 15 at a price tag of 699 yuan (US$ 110).
