Spanish hardware and PC manufacturer Slimbook has
created a new all-in-one Linux PC in the form of the aptly named Slimbook
Curve, that features a curved 24 inch IPS display offering users a resolution
of 1920 x 1080 pixels as well as a matte, anti-glare finish. The Slimbook Curve
can by installed with a wide variety of different Linux operating systems
including No OS, Ubuntu, Kubuntu, Ubuntu Mate, Debian, Elementary OS, Linux
Mint, OpenSUSE, Antergos, Fedora and KDE Neon.
Slimbook is offering a number of versions of the
Curve Linux PC with an Intel Core i5-7200 processor reported by 8GB of RAM with
120GB of solid state storage for €849. Or a system equipped with an Intel Core
i7-7500U processor for €949 with extra options allowing owners to upgrade the
memory and storage even further if desired.
Other features of the all-in-one Linux PC systems
include 2 x USB 3.0 ports, 4 x USB 2.0 ports, 1 x HDMI output, 1 x M.2 SSD
slot. Slimbook has also included a 2.5 inch drive bay for an optional hard
drive.
