Samsung already launched the Galaxy S9 but it’s not
given up on its last year flagship it seems. The Korean company announced a new
color of the Galaxy S8 - Burgundy Red - today.
Aditya Babbar, General Manager of Samsung India,
said the Galaxy S8 continues to be a bestseller and the limited edition will
set the customers apart from everyone else. “The Burgundy Red edition will wow
consumers and allow them to express their own personal style.”, he added.
The Burgundy Red color, first introduced last Fall
in South Korea, joins the Galaxy S8 palette of Midnight Black, Maple Gold, and
Orchid Gray. Available from April 13, the phone is arriving with a price tag of
INR 49,990 (US$ 770/€ 626) with an additional Paytm cashback of INR10,000 at “all
leading retail stores”.
