Samsung has launched a new phone in
India, the Galaxy J7 Duo. It's the second J-series phone of the company after
the Galaxy J7 Plus equipped with a dual camera setup. First, it packs a
metallic looking body with a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED screen. It also has an
Exynos 7870 octa-core processor with Mali-T830 MP1 GPU inside.
Samsung also coupled it with large 4GB RAM, ample
32GB expandable internal storage, and 3,000mAh of non-removable battery. The
highlight of this phone are its dual camera setup. It has a 13MP + 5MP f/1.9
lens with AF and LED flash. The dual cameras of this device is for the Live
Focus mode to create shallow depth of field or bokeh effect.
For selfies, it goes with a single 8MP f/1.9 camera
with LED flash. This phone also has a fingerprint scanner in front, WiFi 802.11
a/b/g/n/ac, 4G LTE, Bluetooth 4.2, FM Radio, GPS, A-GPS, and dual SIM slots.
The Galaxy J7 Duo loads with Android 8.0 Oreo OS w/
Samsung Experience out of the box. It'll come in black and gold color for INR
16,990 or around PHP 13.5K.
